Muebles San Francisco JYN: e-commerce in progress
Muebles San Francisco JYN needed to start selling furniture online without losing track of orders, payments, and inventory. The project brings buying and day-to-day operations together, distinguishing available products from made-to-order work.
What was getting in the way
Selling online means keeping the order, payment, availability, and difference between ready-made and made-to-order furniture aligned. When that information is split up, errors and extra work follow.
The solution
A public store was organized alongside internal tracking for products, inventory, orders, and payments. The buying journey preserves the rules for availability and made-to-order items, so each purchase reaches daily operations with the needed information.
What changed
- Complete purchase flow from catalog to confirmed order
- Orders and payments brought into one buying journey
- Available and made-to-order products handled differently
- Inventory kept visible for day-to-day operations
